Food and Beverage Operational Internship

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an Operational Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and tailored welcome to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Support the preparation and service of food and beverages, adhering to menu knowledge and allergen awareness
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 months, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
  • Interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to develop a career in F&B operations
