About the Role:

  • Drive profitable operation of all hotels, food & beverage outlets, and other revenue streams in alignment with established metrics and goals.
  • Optimize business performance of each area of responsibility, focusing on top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including owners and investors, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of managed hotels.
  • Maintain the integrity of company and third-party brand standards, ensuring consistency with operating contracts, policies, and practices.
  • Ensure all operations activities comply with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate engagement and loyalty among team members, driving high-level performance and consistency throughout the portfolio.
  • Execute plans effectively, utilizing systems, tools, and resources to achieve results and goals.
  • Analyse complex documents, identify problems, and develop solutions to drive business improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar title and/or scope of responsibility.
  • Proven experience in hospitality, with a focus on operations and leadership.
  • New opening experience is essential for this role.
