As a Production Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Unpacking and processing products shipped by customers;
  • Accurately registering products in the computer system;
  • Cleaning and receiving products, as well as registering accessories;
  • Diagnosing, updating, and testing products according to applicable work instructions and agreements;
  • Packing prepared products;
  • Reporting damaged shipments or relevant deviations in the process;
  • Distributing received and outgoing products;
  • Carrying out orders given by your immediate supervisor;
  • Achieving pre-set goals based on lead time, quality, and productivity;
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators;
  • Adhering to the 5S and ESD principles;
  • Being accountable to your immediate supervisor;
  • Communicating relevant information to your immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work according to a dynamic schedule;
  • High school education;
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions;
  • Effective team player;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Honest and reliable;
  • Computer Skills;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word).
