MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Logoplaste is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our production equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing the maintenance team
  • Coordinating with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules
  • Conducting regular equipment inspections
  • Collaborating with suppliers to source spare parts and equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or production role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
