Maintenance Manager Role

Logoplaste is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the engineering team and ensure the smooth operation of our production lines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our plant, including efficiency, quality, and safety. Your expertise will be essential in minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the engineering team to achieve optimal production results.
• Collaborate with Shift Leaders to oversee technical aspects, including machine efficiency, bottle quality, and minimizing losses.
• Develop and implement maintenance standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage preventive maintenance performance and repair of production equipment.
• Coordinate the inventory of the technical service warehouse.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

• MBO level education in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
• Minimum years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of a production environment.
• Hands-on mentality and close involvement with the work floor.
• Technical insight (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical engineering).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good command of both Dutch and English language in word and writing is essential.
