Business Intelligence Analyst

At Zayo, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales, churn, and product data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:- Analyze sales, churn, and product data to identify trends and inform senior leadership decisions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales segments and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce.
- Support the Solutions Engineering team by updating and maintaining Salesforce records.
- Monitor sales opportunities and report on funnel activity.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Minimum one year of analytical experience with data analysis skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience building, manipulating, and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience, as well as Tableau experience, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with various business stakeholders.

Base salary range: $56,300 - $78,800 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
