About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Asset Chain Team in Arnhem. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that software applications meet business requirements and provide value to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and product owners, providing expert guidance on business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Collaborate with IT architects to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.
  • Conduct impact analyses of technology solutions, considering their effects on supporting applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
  • Work with development teams to ensure that software applications meet business requirements and best practices.
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Advise on software application releases and upgrades from a functional perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Demonstrate and encourage end-to-end thinking.
  • Foster open dialogue and transparency, embodying the cultural values of TenneT.
  • Encourage an organizational culture of continuous learning.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or 7 years in functional application management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as experience with business process analysis and design.
