About the Role

TenneT is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Asset Chain Team in Arnhem. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that software applications meet business requirements and provide value to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and product owners, ensuring that software applications meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT architects to impact analyze technology solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Work with development teams to ensure that software applications are meeting business requirements and adhering to best practices.
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Advise on software application releases and upgrades from a functional perspective.
  • Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Demonstrate and encourage end-to-end thinking, fostering open dialogue and transparency in line with TenneT's cultural values.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or 7 years of experience in functional application management or a related field.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with business process analysis and design.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with outsourced service providers in complex projects for solution delivery.
  • Performance and outcome-oriented with a can-do attitude and ability to enable deep collaboration with stakeholders on all levels.
  • Hands-on mentality, able to dig into details and collaborate across boundaries on a need basis.
  • Belief in a non-hierarchical culture, transparency, collaboration, and trust in teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technology concepts lucidly to key stakeholders through different modes of communication.

What We Offer
