Functie

In de financiële afdeling, bestaande uit een team van vijf, zoeken wij een Junior Financial Assistant. Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleider en bent verantwoordelijk voor de algehele financiële administratie. Een HBO-diploma in de richting van accountancy is vereist, bij voorkeur aangevuld met relevante trainingen en cursussen. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal en informeel team met een hands-on mentaliteit.

De volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden behoren tot jouw functie:

  • Het opstellen en samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en het onderhouden van verschillende financiële administraties, gebruikmakend van software zoals Exact Online en Visma.
  • Proactief signaleren van kansen en risico's die verder gaan dan alleen de jaarrekening.
  • Het voorbereiden van aangiften voor de inkomstenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hen voorzien van advies en antwoorden op hun vragen.
  • Het monitoren van de financiële situatie van klanten en het opstellen van tussentijdse rapportages.
Functie-eisen

Jij beschikt over de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Een HBO-opleiding in de richting van accountancy of een gelijkwaardige opleiding, bij voorkeur aangevuld met relevante trainingen.
  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een functie met financiële administratieve taken.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met financiële administratie, jaarrekeningen en belastingaangiften.
  • Vaardigheid in Word, Excel, Exact Online en Visma; ervaring met deze laatste twee is een grote plus.
  • Ervaring met facturatie en accountancy is essentieel.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Aanbod

Bij Astorium bieden wij:

  • Een tijdelijke functie voor 20-32 uur per week.
  • Een marktconform salaris tussen € 3000,- en € 4000,- op basis van een fulltime werkweek.
  • De mogelijkheid om op kantoor te werken, met de optie om na verloop van tijd thuis te werken.
  • Een pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding.
  • 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime werkweek en 8,33% vakantiegeld.
