Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Trading Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Trading Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with complex information requests, resolving trading disputes, and providing long-term solutions for reoccurring challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer requests to find short or long-term solutions to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers with complex information requests about our platform, Corporate Actions, transfers of securities, and more.
  • Take the lead when assigned to different specialized sub-teams responsible for providing long-term solutions for reoccurring challenges.
  • Effectively communicate and escalate to different departments to resolve trading-related requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a strong affinity with financial markets.
  • Native-level Dutch speaker.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Good understanding of financial products and affinity with the financial markets.
  • Energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work evenings occasionally.
