Trading Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled Trading Assistant to join our team at flatexDEGIRO. As a Trading Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Support colleagues during the first steps in their role, including training and monitoring of day-to-day tasks.
- Take ownership of customer requests to find short or long-term solutions to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
- Support customers with complex information requests about our platform, Corporate Actions, transfers of securities, and more.
- Take the lead when assigned to different specialized sub-teams responsible for providing long-term solutions for reoccurring challenges.
- Effectively communicate and escalate to different departments to resolve trading-related requests.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
- Native-level Dutch speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- 2-6 years of professional experience.
- Good understanding of financial products and affinity with the financial markets.
- Energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
- Available to work evenings occasionally.
