Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at DOUGLAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the Dutch market. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth through sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the Dutch market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client campaigns

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in the Retail Media or Digital Advertising industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising market in the Dutch region
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
