About the Role

The Director of Program Management will lead the strategy and execution of a portfolio of complex technical initiatives and features at Univision Communications Inc. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to partner closely with our R&D team to create innovative solutions that drive the growth and long-term success of our streaming platform.

Responsibilities

- Lead the annual roadmap and quarterly roadmap process, translating high-level business goals into actionable plans.
- Partner with our Research and Development team to plan and execute innovative projects that help move the needle for our business.
- Manage dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the PMO team to continuously drive improvement across products, technology, and processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of project management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with proven success in Agile-at-scale execution.
- Strong knowledge of Agile portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience in scaling and improving them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and stakeholders.
