We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Talent Director to lead our Talent and Performance function in the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) System. As a key member of the LAB People & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the deployment and performance management of BCG's client-facing talent, as well as the learning and development and sustainable working of all BCG talent across the LAB System.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of strategic talent initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Oversee the deployment and administration of talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Collaborate with the LAB People & Operations Senior Director and other People leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with BCG's global talent agenda.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MDP leadership, Talent Business Partners, and Practice Areas.
- Provide guidance and support to Managers across Geos to ensure effective talent management practices and processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of BCG talent.
- Oversee the Teaming@BCG program to drive improvements in sustainable working and employee engagement.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 6-7 years of management experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
- Extensive management experience across a range of talent functions, including staffing, career development, and learning and development.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).
- HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
You will report into the LAB People & Operations Senior Director and will partner closely with MDP leadership engaged in staffing, career development, learning and development, and Teaming@BCG. You will have line responsibility for a team of Managers across Geos and a visible senior leadership role within the People team.
