About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Director to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our People and Operations team, you will be responsible for the deployment and performance management of our client-facing talent, as well as the learning and development of all BCG talent across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the deployment and performance management of BCG's client-facing talent, ensuring a smooth execution of day-to-day operations and driving key strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the development of our Staffing function, driving a client-led delivery model that enables access to the best of BCG talent while offering optimized career development opportunities for our staff.
  • Ensure a talent and business lens in day-to-day resource management, promoting and embedding links between CDC, Staffing, Talent Business Partners, Practice Areas, and other HR functions.
  • Manage escalations in staffing decisions, working closely with MDPs and PA nodes to resolve complex issues.
  • Line manage the LAB Staffing lead, LAB CDC lead, and LAB L&D lead, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our talent and performance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Extensive management experience across a range of Talent functions, with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 6-7 years of management experience.
  • HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add.
  • Excellent English skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

What You'll Work With

You will report to the LAB People and Operations Senior Director and will partner closely with MDP leadership engaged in Staffing, Career Development, Learning and Development, and Teaming@BCG. You will have line responsibility for a team of Managers across Geos and a visible senior leadership role within the People team.
