About the Role
The Boston Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Director to lead our Talent and Performance function in the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) System. As a key member of the LAB People & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the deployment and performance management of BCG's client-facing talent, as well as the learning and development and sustainable working of all BCG talent across the LAB System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic talent initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Oversee the deployment and administration of talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver learning and development programs that meet the needs of BCG's client-facing teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, talent business partners, and HR teams
  • Provide guidance and support to talent business partners and HR teams to ensure effective talent management practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainable working initiatives to improve employee well-being and reduce turnover

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, with a minimum of 6-7 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving employee engagement through talent initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
