Job Summary:

Assurant is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Claims Associate to join our European Claims team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving insurance claims for one of the biggest brands in telecoms in Spain.

About the Role:

We are looking for native Spanish speakers (with conversational English) who are great listeners and communicators to help our customers protect what matters most. This is an exciting opportunity for growth within Assurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve claims
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
