Translation Project Manager Internship Opportunity

As a Translation Project Manager Intern, you will be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with colleague project managers and translators, coordinating diverse projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our expert linguists.

You will have the opportunity to practice:

  • Managing and coordinating translation projects;
  • Ensuring proper follow-up and handling of projects;
  • Matching translators and assignments;
  • Sending quotations and invoices;
  • Switching between multiple systems and CAT tools;
  • Preparing and completing documents;
  • Staying in touch with translators and clients;
  • Performing quality checks and providing constructive feedback;
  • Assisting with translations and reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Studying in the field of translation, language/communication studies, or a related discipline (third or fourth-year student);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines and complex project situations;
  • Dedicated, stress-proof, energetic, and adaptable;
  • Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
