ABN AMRO Bank is a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Strategic Change Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Finance and Risk department, you will play a crucial role in driving business change and innovation.

Company Overview

The Finance and Risk Data Domain at ABN AMRO Bank is responsible for managing and maintaining the bank's financial and risk data. The domain consists of 5 departments, each with a dynamic and informal atmosphere, and employs over 250 international professionals from diverse backgrounds.

As a Strategic Change Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Change & Portfolio Management Department, which maintains the vision and architecture of the F&R Data Domain. Your primary objective will be to support the implementation of the domain's vision and drive business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business change and innovation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to address them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of driving business change and innovation in a financial institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from €120,000 to €180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
  • A benefit budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits
  • Career development opportunities and a personal development budget of €1,000 per year
  • A flexible work arrangement, including the possibility of working from home
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands
