Job Mission

The Finance Transformation Office is driving the finance transformation by translating strategic priorities into a clearly defined end-state, roadmap, and change portfolio. The Portfolio Management team is orchestrating the transformation agenda and governance of the initiation and delivery of the change portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Cascading Project Management Methodology: Cascade the project management methodology in combination with the agile way of working.
  • Quality Controls: Secure that deployed tools and techniques are properly used by project leaders, epic owners, and project management officers.
  • Reporting Process: Ensure complete, consistent, and up-to-date reporting on the status of the change portfolio.
  • Resource Management Process: Drive the claim, allocation, and escalation process within Finance.
  • Prioritization and Balancing: Support annual and quarterly prioritization and balancing of the finance change portfolio.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of working experience as a senior project management officer or project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Certifications: Agile project management certified.
Skills
  • Communication: Proficient communicator with the ability to influence without hierarchical power.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide, coach, and advise at operational and tactical levels to effect sustainable change.
  • Teamwork: Team player with the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Hands-on mentality with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
