Key Responsibilities
As a Senior PMO Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our Product Development Manager and their team. This will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Product Development Manager, providing expert guidance on project timelines, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with the PMO Project Officer to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the Product Team and the PMO organization.
- Developing and implementing effective project management strategies to drive project success.
- Providing regular status updates and progress reports to the PMO Project Officer and other stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a project management or PMO role, preferably in a multifaceted, multi-disciplinary setting. You should also have a proven track record of executing change and enhancement initiatives, as well as leading teams and managing individuals. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is essential.
