About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Corporate Tax department, supporting our global Finance team across all divisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to tax, reporting, and legal, ensuring seamless processes within our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal aspects, including entity management, digital signature programs, filings, and updates with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Handle tax-related documents, such as IC agreements, certificates of residence, and apostilles.
  • Maintain our IT support systems, including Diligent, Docu-Sign, and Tangelo.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • A relevant legal educational background, preferably on a bachelor's level.
  • A couple of years' experience from a similar role in a corporate and/or manufacturing company.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural organization.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take responsibility for your area.
  • Confidence with English as the business language, both spoken and written.
