About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our global Finance team at Marel. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to tax, reporting, and legal, ensuring that all processes run smoothly within our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tasks related to legal aspects, including legal entity management, global digital signature program, filings, and updates with the Chamber of Commerce, and preparation of Management Representations Letters.
  • Handle tax-related documents, such as IC agreements, certificates of residence, apostilles/notarization, and certificates of payments.
  • Maintenance of our IT support systems, Diligent, Docu-Sign, and Tangelo.

About You:

We are looking for a self-driven and responsible individual with a relevant legal educational background and experience from a similar role in a corporate and/or manufacturing company. You should be confident in English as the business language, both spoken and written, and thrive in working in a cross-cultural organization.
