Je rol als Operational Risk Manager
Bij De Nederlandsche Bank werk je als Operational Risk Manager op het gebied van financiële stabiliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en beoordelen van operationele risico's binnen de financiële markten. Je werkt nauw samen met het team om strategische ambities te realiseren en de financiële stabiliteit te waarborgen.
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je draagt bij aan de beheersing van operationele risico's door risico-assessments en onderzoeken uit te voeren.
- Je adviseert over operationele risico's bij grote projecten en verandertrajecten binnen de divisie.
- Je rapporteert over de belangrijkste operationele risico's en beheersmaatregelen aan (senior) management en het DNB-brede Operational Risk Board.
- Je onderhoudt een actief netwerk binnen de divisie en daarbuiten.
- Je helpt het team bij het bereiken van haar digitale ambities.
Je werkomgeving
Je werkt op ons kantoor in hartje Amsterdam bij het Operational Risk & Control team van de divisie Financiële Markten. Deze divisie is binnen DNB verantwoordelijk voor het reservebeheer, de monetaire operaties, marktinzichten en het risicomanagement voor DNB.
Je profiel
We zoeken een Operational Risk Manager met sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve houding. Je beschikt over academisch werk- en denkniveau en hebt 0 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in operational risk management. Je beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
