Senior Product Control Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Control Operations Specialist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Product Control Reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing issues experienced in the reporting process and initiating solutions to improve timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
- Liaising with colleagues from Trading Risk Management, ING Hubs, and Tech to create an environment of virtuous improvement and implement metrics to monitor performance.
- Designing and implementing process improvements together with the IT organization.
- Master's or bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Derivatives products and Financial Risk drivers, understand Data flows and the drive to improve.
- Good knowledge of the Financial Markets, Market Risk, and Operations environments.
- Experience and/or affinity to deliver process improvements together with the IT organization.
- Experience in Data analytics, Robotics, or Alteryx is a plus.
- A salary tailored to your qualities and experience.
- 36 or 40 hour workweek.
- Individual leave: 24+2 individual holiday days based on 36 hr workweek.
