We are a dynamic clinical trial solutions partner, EMSERE, seeking an experienced Chief Odoo Integration Architect to join our team. As we continue to expand our services and partnerships, we need a skilled professional to design and implement seamless integrations between Odoo and third-party platforms.

About the Role

This is a freelance assignment for 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural framework required for integration between Odoo and E-commerce & third-party platforms. You will focus on data consistency, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical requirements, data modeling & architecture, and functionality necessary to achieve a seamless connection between these systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into a clear, technical, and actionable architecture plan.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years working with Odoo, specifically with a focus on integrating third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API, with strong knowledge of Odoo's architecture.
  • Proven experience in integrating Odoo with external platforms, ideally CMS solutions (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, web services, and secure data transfer protocols.
  • Atlassian toolset experience.
  • Cloud-based deployments experience. AWS ideally but Azure could also be acceptable.
  • Data modeling/architecture.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in integration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
