About the RoleThis position is part of the HR Service Delivery Support team and focuses on transactional HR support and process improvement within various HR areas across the employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, employee systems, and reporting, learning and development, payroll, and HR compliance.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to perform transactional HR support, execute processes and procedures related to various HR functions, and lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Transactional HR support: Execute processes and procedures related to various HR functions in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Administrative tasks: Coordinate, organize, and/or lead tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives; may assist professional and technical staff with special projects.
- Data provision: Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures; may be responsible for preparing internal HR communications and/or HR intranet maintenance.
- Employee administration: Process new hire and current employee administration, including onboarding, preparing employment agreements, entering or updating personal information records, and salary information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least one year of transactional HR service delivery experience.
- Strong affinity with HR systems and process thinking.
- A continuous improvement mindset and process improvement skills.
- The ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Roughly €45,000 - €55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
