HR Service Delivery Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Service Delivery Support professional to join our team in the Netherlands. As a member of our HR Service Delivery Support team, you will play a key role in the further development and execution of our transactional HR Service delivery within the Netherlands.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide transactional HR support, executing processes and procedures related to HR functions such as benefits administration, employee systems and reporting, learning and development, payroll, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives.
- Process new hire and current employee administration, including onboarding, preparing employment agreements, and entering or updating personal information records.
- Represent HR Service Delivery Support on specified initiatives or projects, both in-country and across the EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of transactional HR Service delivery experience.
- Strong affinity with HR systems and process thinking.
- Continuous improvement mindset and process improvement skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
