About the Position

The Universiteit Utrecht is seeking a highly qualified Finance Lecturer to join our team. As a Finance Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching various Finance courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as supervising theses. Affinity with sustainable finance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Finance courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Supervise theses
  • Develop and implement curriculum
  • Contribute to departmental service

Requirements

  • PhD in Finance or a related field
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong research background

What We Offer

  • Fixed-term appointment as Lecturer for up to 4 years
  • Working week of 28 to 40 hours
  • Gross monthly salary between € 4.332,- and € 5.929,-
  • 8% holiday pay and 8.3% year-end bonus
  • Pension scheme, partially paid parental leave, and flexible terms of employment
