About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Tableau to join our team at Nippon Express Europe GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business units and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Dashboard Development: Utilize Tableau Cloud or similar BI tools to create and manage complex data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
  • Communication: Provide comprehensive training and support to the European Business Development division and its business users.
  • Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards that meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across functions and geographical locations.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into actionable Tableau Cloud dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Tableau Advocacy: Promote the use of Tableau Cloud and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Project Manager/Developer for BI Tool Implementation or in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts with a focus on business performance analysis.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical audiences.
  • Capable of working effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills and capable of working autonomously or collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
