Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager EMEA to join our team at Extron Europe. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing product categories, developing optimal positioning and messaging for the EMEA market, and providing sales teams with the necessary sales tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the EMEA region.
  • Conduct market and pricing analysis to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales tools, including product datasheets, brochures, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in the launch process of new products, including training and providing effective sales tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, distributors, and resellers.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Extron remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Technical education in Electronics and/or Electrical engineering or a Marketing management degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on presentation and teaching skills.
  • Ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks.
  • Analytical skills and structured work approach.
  • Car driving license and willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
