The Open Text Professional Services team is comprised of over 3,000 consultants who act as trusted advisors, managing relationships with more than 100,000 customers worldwide.
As a Lead PS Sales Consultant within the Professional Services division, you will support and drive the selling of complex services to customers.
- Customer Trusted Advisor
- Solution Focus
- Pipe Development
You will work closely with the Account team, including the Account Executive, PS Client Manager, and technical pre-sales, as well as with the Professional Services Practice to develop strategy for digital transformation.
Participate in the sale of innovative business solutions to meet the expectations of our customers and reach targets.
Requirements
- Engage with customers at senior level to shape their vision and develop a roadmap for transformational engagement.
- Lead one or more solution areas, including transformation plays or specific pillars.
- Drive a solution business plan to ensure a healthy pipeline and correct application of strategic plays in the geography.
- Lead the deal team in developing differentiating propositions fulfilling client vision.
- Assist Client Manager/SW Sales/xBU Sales in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
- Validate/endorse the complete people-process-technology solution for the deal.
- Work with delivery to ensure the solution design can be delivered and assist in a smooth transition to delivery.
