Overzicht

Als Functioneel Beheerder van Planview bij Schiphol Group ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het systeem en neem je ook product owner taken op je. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor functionele vraagstukken en hebt het overzicht over het systeemlandschap waarin Planview zich bevindt.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Proactief en frequent onderhouden van contacten met interne stakeholders
  • Bewust uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen de richtlijnen van IT security en Compliancy
  • Bewaken van de aansluiting van functionele oplossingen op de achterliggende business behoefte
  • Opstellen van een roadmap voor de productvisie en het toetsen hiervan bij de business en de stakeholders
  • Creëren van rapportages met Power BI of Report Builder en zorg ervoor dat deze beschikbaar zijn voor gebruikers in Planview
  • Ondersteunen van incidenten in Planview
Omgeving

De afdeling Asset Management IT is verantwoordelijk voor diverse bedrijf (kritische) operationele systemen die voor de primaire luchthaven processen worden ingezet en ter ondersteuning van de afdeling Asset Management. De afdeling bestaat uit diverse (zelforganiserende) teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de realisatie en exploitatie van deze systemen.

Werkomgeving

Je werkt in een Agile omgeving en hebt ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder en interesse in PPM tooling. Je hebt ook interesse in dashboarding technologie (bijvoorbeeld PowerBI) en bent een teamplayer met een duidelijke manier van communiceren over techniek.
