Job Title: NXT System Performance Generalist

ASML is seeking a highly skilled NXT System Performance Generalist to join our team in the TwinScan factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to SP engineers during supported shifts (~60%) and focus on securing progress during unsupported shifts (~40%);
  • Assess machine status and risk, and implement measures to decrease downtime and improve overall system performance;
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve knowledge sharing across the organization;
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy;
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Vocational degree with several years of experience in a technical field;
  • Strong knowledge of ASML DUV systems and processes;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
