Project Manager Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Mechanical Engineering team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers and lead engineers for the mechanical disciplines, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
- Develop and manage project budgets, plans, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Integrate purchased systems and equipment, ensuring seamless interfacing with other disciplines.
- Implement standard work processes, organize review moments, and prepare status reports.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing engineering projects in the maritime sector.
- Experience with standardized shipbuilding and series construction is a plus.
- Familiarity with Rules and Regulations and ability to interpret and translate them for our projects.
- Proficiency in software packages such as AutoCAD and Nupas-Cadmatic.
- English is a must, Dutch is a plus.
