As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for assessing and handling incoming leads, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through telephone, chat, and email communication
  • Assess and handle incoming leads, working closely with Sales Executives and Product Specialists to bring in new business
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Affinity with IT/SaaS is an advantage
