We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Entrust. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for assessing and handling incoming leads, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through telephone, chat, and email communication
- Assess and handle incoming leads, working closely with Sales Executives and Product Specialists to bring in new business
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Affinity with IT/SaaS is an advantage
