Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement communication plans to disseminate important information to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
• Identify communication goals, target audiences, key messages, and appropriate communication channels to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Engage key stakeholders affected by proposed changes, including employees, management, and suppliers, to promote understanding and gather feedback.
• Create and distribute communication materials such as memos, presentations, FAQs, and training materials to support change initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide information and promote understanding of changes.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed based on feedback and engagement levels.
Requirements
• Education: Degree in psychology, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Personality and Working Practice: Strong communication skills, goal-oriented and proactive working style, empathetic team player, sensitivity to group processes.
• Experience and Know-How: Professional and project experience in change management, ideally in an international corporate environment.
• Qualification: Consulting and organizational skills, as well as conceptual strength.
• Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English.
