About the RoleAs an Enterprise Sales Director at OnLogic, you will have the opportunity to construct and execute a successful business development strategy, manage complex customer relationships, and motivate your team to achieve extraordinary results.
- You will prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers via proactive sales and business development strategies.
- Travel 25-35% of your time to meet with clients and facilitate closure on large opportunities.
- Develop new customer relationships, identify and resolve customer challenges, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Gain executive buy-in and negotiate complex contracts with innovative companies worldwide.
You will be the leading role between our customers and our organization (Engineering and Product Management Teams) on large-scale new business opportunities.
Our ideal candidate has prior senior-level sales experience, a proven track record of successfully building a book of business, and a solution-oriented approach to building relationships and selling into B2B accounts.
Requirements- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education, with a minimum of 5+ years prior consultative sales experience in a technical environment.
- Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
- A strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
- Natural leadership skills, active listening skills, and the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
The salary range for this role is €4,500 to €8,000 per month, plus personal incentives (OTE). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company-provided car or car allowance, 28 vacation days, premium-free pension scheme, and an employee stock purchase plan.
