About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in Europe. As Director of European Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales strategy and operations across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of €140,000 - €170,000 per annum, based on experience and performance
