About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive exponential revenue growth and lead strategic go-to-market initiatives for OnLogic, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Travel extensively (25-35%) to meet with customers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with major clients, securing executive buy-in and driving revenue growth.
  • Lead large-scale new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships and sell into direct and/or OEM accounts.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to grow a book of business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
