Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at OnLogic, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the European market. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed their targets. This includes developing new business for OnLogic with new and existing clients, managing the overall sales process, and identifying opportunities for improvement in both sales skills and sales excellence.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage the sales process, including sales funnel management and metric setting
- Identify opportunities for improvement in sales skills and sales excellence
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global team members to identify and grow opportunities
Our sales team is comprised of a range of impactful roles, including Strategic Account Managers, Customer Success, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations. You will be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in commerce or economics
- At least 7 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with 3 years of leadership experience
- Experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C2/C1 level), with a third European language an advantage
- Strong IT knowledge to level with technical colleagues and customers
