Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our European Sales Team at OnLogic. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor the Customer Success team to grow as a team of sales professionals and exceed their targets.
- Develop new business for OnLogic with new and existing clients.
- Lead by example and foster a new business and entrepreneurial sales culture.
- Manage the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in sales skills and sales excellence.
- Work with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics.
- You bring at least 7 years of Sales experience in a similar industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team is a plus.
- You speak and write Dutch & English fluently (level C2/C1). A third European language is an advantage.
- A competitive salary range of € 4.500,- to € 6.000,- per month.
