We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our European Sales Team at OnLogic. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor the Customer Success team to grow as a team of sales professionals and exceed their targets.
- Develop new business for OnLogic with new and existing clients.
- Lead by example and foster a new business and entrepreneurial sales culture.
- Manage the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in sales skills and sales excellence and act upon that to continuously improve the skills and competencies of the team and individuals.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of CRM use and best practices.
- Work with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, while ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist with challenging customer requests and/or issue escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with local, regional and global team members to identify and grow opportunities.
Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle. Our sales roles include:
- Strategic Account Managers: Focused on winning our largest new opportunities with global technology leaders and year-over-year growth of strategic customer relationships.
- Customer Success: Manage customer relationships with integrators and partners. Provide exceptional customer service.
- Technical Sales: Field and qualify global technology innovators who are looking for a true consultative partner to provide solutions.
- Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and providing the best possible solution - every time.
- Sales Operations: Process driven leaders who optimize our workflows and data driven approach in a rapidly scaling organization.
- You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics.
- You bring at least 7 years of Sales experience in a similar industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team is a plus.
- You speak and write Dutch & English fluently (level C2/C1). A third European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is an advantage.
- You have enough IT knowledge to level with your technical colleagues and customers.
The salary range for this role is € 4.500,- to € 6.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary and incentive, we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
