About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our European Sales Team at OnLogic. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the European Sales Team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage the sales process, set metrics for sales funnel management, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM use and best practices.
- Work with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision makers to negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Assist with challenging customer requests and issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in commerce or economics.
- At least 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in inside sales and/or managing an inside sales team is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (C2/C1 level), with a third European language an advantage.
- Enough IT knowledge to level with technical colleagues and customers.
