About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team at OnLogic. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or economics
- At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
