We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our European Sales Team at OnLogic. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the European market and culture.
