Business Development Manager Germany
At ESTG, we are accelerating the energy transition and looking for a talented Business Development Manager Germany to join our Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong client base, providing expert advice to customers, and converting warm leads into buying customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and grow your own client base through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Offer tailored solutions to customers, leveraging your commercial acumen and technical knowledge.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share market insights and best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, ensuring ESTG remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- HBO/WO degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven commercial experience in the B2B sector, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent social and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
