About the Role

Cloetta is now seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager E-commerce to join our Central Marketing team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for accelerating our online growth by developing current business areas and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for E-commerce related to business KPIs, product offering, channel segment strategy, and prioritization.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead and/or support local and global projects to drive business results.
  • Evaluate and develop current Amazon business to optimize performance.
  • Explore white space opportunities within E-commerce globally to drive innovation.
  • Lead business improvement projects related to online fundamentals to drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, category management, marketing, or trade marketing.
  • Prior experience from FMCG is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor or Master level degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • Excellent project management skills and data analytics abilities.
  • Strong business sense and experience in building business cases, including financial evaluations.
  • Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Change agent with a focus on improving current processes and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Amazon experience is a plus, and fluency in English is a must, with Nordic or Dutch language being beneficial but not mandatory.
