About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at OnLogic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and developing strategic go-to-market initiatives.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, with a focus on building long-term relationships with enterprise customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer challenges, and negotiate complex contracts with leading technology companies.

We are looking for a sales leader who is entrepreneurial-minded, with a strong drive to succeed in a rapidly growing business. If you have a proven track record of building a book of business and managing complex B2B sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel 25-35% of the time to meet with customers and partners.
  • Develop new customer relationships and work proactively to identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with leading technology companies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide effective and innovative solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Experience building long-term relationships and selling into direct and/or OEM accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong drive to succeed in a rapidly growing business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (level C2/C1). A second European language is an advantage.
