Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at OnLogic. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving exponential revenue growth and developing strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel 25-35% of the time to meet with customers and build relationships.
  • Develop new customer relationships and work proactively to identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with key customers and drive business growth.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and sell into direct and/or OEM accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
